For this project we provide free mental health bundles as shown in the photos below below to schools and families to help give them tools to work with their children to encourage them to talk about their feelings.

Protests
On Thursday 21st March 2024
between 11am & 3pm we as a charity will be protesting outside Holyrood in Edinburgh
This is to highlight the failures and need for a reform of Children's Mental Services
If you wish to join us please come along and feel free to create your own handmaid banners.

Project Encourage is our newest, we are asking members of the public to write letters or cards filled with positive messages, then send them to our PO BOX listed below and we then send them to Mental Health inpatient units throughout the UK
